In order to further enhance academic exchanges and promote practical cooperation, based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit, Northwest University of Political Science and Law and the Center for Applied Social and EconomicResearch, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as both Parties) have reached cooperative intention and signed an MOU, at Northwest University of Political Science and Law on August 23, 2023.

 Cooperation between both Parties encompasses the following areas:

1. Exchanges, visits, and guest lectures among faculty members and researchers.
2. Students' joint training programs
3. Joint organization of academic research, symposiums, and other academic activities
